Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston was forced to put Angelica Hale on ECMO Life-Support because she needed life-saving medical intervention. The patient became sick, and had kidney failure and organ failure which did not heal. It was then a regimen of hemodialysis, followed by the peritoneal dilation. After nearly 80 days in hospital, from the point of death to a long journey to recovery, she finally returned home, but her life forever changed. Angelica's life forever transformed after she was diagnosed with dialysis for kidneys. The kidney that would be donated to her came from her mom. Angelica Hale underwent a successful kidney transplantation along alongside her mother on the 13th September 2013. The procedure was conducted at Emory University Hospital, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale's desire to become the world's most famous person has never wavered.
